Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your own cake. Kindly note that we do not have the facility to store large sized cakes in-house. We would appreciate it if you would be able to provide us with details, such as size and type of cake that you are bringing in and our team will advise you accordingly.
Light, non-extensive balloons are welcome. However, large installations or elaborate décor may not be permitted due to space constraints and to ensure the comfort of all diners. Please feel free to share any sample references via WhatsApp, and our team will be happy to advise accordingly.
Pool cabanas are subject to availability. Please note that tables beside the pool are for parties of 6 guests or more.

1-Altitude Coast is a fully outdoor rooftop venue, perfect for enjoying breathtaking views and the open-air atmosphere. Indoor seating is available only as a backup in case of rain, so you can still enjoy your experience comfortably.
Unfortunately, music requests are not permitted, and guests are not allowed to bring their own DJ. Our resident DJs curates the music to maintain the overall atmosphere of 1-Altitude Coast.
Unfortunately, we do not provide lockers. Guests are welcome to keep their bags at their table during their visit.
Yes, we provide complimentary towels for our guests. Please note that during pool parties and special events, towels will be available for rental on a per-towel basis. Guests are also welcome to bring their own towels.
Yes, the swimming pool is open to all reservation guests.
Unfortunately, we do not have shower facilities. However, a rinse-off area is available near the pool, and guests may change in the washroom.
In the event of rain, we have a contingency plan where guests can be seated in the indoor lounge area. Please note that guests are required to be fully dressed, as this is a shared space with Sol & Ora restaurant.
We do not have private dining rooms or cordoned-off areas at 1-Altitude Coast. All seating is in our open, outdoor space, allowing guests to enjoy the vibrant rooftop atmosphere.

Please be mindful of those around you who may not want to be photographed. No tripods/lighting or selfie sticks are allowed due to safety concerns. Large format lenses, bulky cameras, and drones are strictly not allowed unless previously approved by management.

This content may be used for promotional, marketing or advertising purposes, including publication on websites and social media platforms. By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded, and for 1-Group to utilise your image and likeness for the stated purposes without any compensation to you. While we are not a halal-certified restaurant, we do offer a selection of dishes that do not contain pork or lard. If you have specific dietary preferences or requirements, our team will be happy to advise on suitable menu options and assist where possible.

1-Altitude Coast offers a family-friendly dining area at the Palawan View Cabana, where guests 16 years old and below are welcome until 10:00 PM.
