The name (Latin for “sun and shore”) reflects its always-open, every-occasion positioning — from breakfast through sunset. The concept unites four Latin-Mediterranean cuisines (Italian, French, Greek, Spanish) into one menu of classic dishes reinvented with a modern twist, served across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and al fresco rooftop dining.
